Sino-Italy joint venture, Xichang Fovalley Food Co., Ltd., is a joint-stock company, with a registered capital of USD3,000,000, and currently assets of RMB50,000,000. The company has achieved ISO9001, ISO14001, HACCP, and KOSHER certification, as well as the Certificate of National Sanitation Registration. In addition, Fovalley is also Liangshan Agriculture Industry Leading Enterprise, as well as Sichuan Agriculture Industry Leading Enterprise. As for the pomegranate juice concentrate production, Fovalley’s concentrate has been verified by CNCA for FDA’s Juice HACCP Regulation and become the ONLY company in China whose pomegranate juice concentrate can be exported to the US.



Fovalley’s production line is designed and manufactured by ZACMI, an Italian company. The entire line is closed and fully automatic, with high technology, and among the similar equipments is of the world's advanced level in the late 1990s. The company is located in Xichang, the capital of Sichuan Province's Liangshan Prefecture, close to the 108 State Highway from Sichuan to Yunnan, the railway from Chengdu to Kunming and Liangshan airport, water and electricity facilities are completed and transportation is convenient. Fovalley is specializing in the production of pure natural green food such as carrots, pomegranate, or enrichment series fruit juice or concentrated juice. The current scale of production has reached 6,000 metric tons per year. In the next state, based on the natural features of Liangshan Prefecture and the market demand, Fovalley will develop more green food.
